Secondly, these consumers are primarily millennials, whose expectations, if appropriately met, will ensure an evolution in shopping experiences, setting a new and positive trend in the retail sector. It will make the entire process more personalized, engaging, efficient, and fun, creating a group of brand-loyal customers in the process.
